Our Daytime Boxing classes are 10am every day from Monday to Friday and everyone is welcome to train, we have more than one coach in each of these sessions so you will be put into a suitable class for your skill and fitness level!

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Boxing Fitness Classes at Apollos Boxing in Bolton, a fantastic addition to our timetable! These sessions will focus on blending traditional boxing training with high-intensity fitness routines. Stay tuned for the official start date and be among the first to experience this innovative way to improve your fitness, lose weight, and have fun while doing it.
Our Boxing fitness classes will be at 9.15am each morning and will be a 45 minute circuit based lessons based on basic boxing skill but more around an old school boxing circuit using boxing bags, boxing pads and old school boxing circuits such as medicine balls and sit up routines!
