At Apollos Boxing in Bolton, we are thrilled to announce that we will soon be launching a range of new classes to cater to all fitness levels and boxing experience levels. Whether you’re new to boxing, looking to get fitter, or want to train in a supportive environment, we have something for everyone!

Here’s a sneak peek at the exciting new classes you can expect at Apollos Boxing in Bolton:

Ladies-Only Boxing Classes

Our brand-new ladies-only boxing sessions will provide a comfortable, motivating, and empowering space for women to get fit and learn boxing techniques. These classes are designed to build strength, increase confidence, and improve overall fitness – all while having fun!

The ladies only boxing classes at Apollos Boxing in Bolton will be based on boxing pads and fitness training and not too much in depth details into boxing technique and definitely no boxing sparring! Just burning calories learning boxing and having fun!

Boxing Beginner’s Camps

Never boxed before? No problem! Our Boxing Beginner’s Camps are the perfect way to get started. Over a series of sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing, including technique, footwork, and conditioning. These camps are ideal for those looking to start their fitness journey or improve their boxing skills in a structured way.

7pm Boxing Fundamentals

Looking for a way to hone your skills after work? Our 7pm Boxing Fundamentals class is designed to teach you the core techniques of boxing, helping you build confidence in the ring. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills.

Our Boxing fundamentals program is currently 6pm Monday to Friday but due to work commitments a lot of people cannot make that time so once again here at Apollos Boxing in Bolton we have listened to our customers and added these extra classes on!

Saturday Morning Fitness Classes

Kickstart your weekend with our Saturday morning fitness classes at 9am! These sessions are a great way to get your body moving, improve your cardio, and enhance your overall fitness. With a combination of boxing-inspired drills and full-body exercises, you’ll leave feeling strong and energized for the rest of the day.
