Class Times

  • Monday to Friday – 10:00am & 6:00pm
  • Saturday – 11:00am

Boxing One-to-One Sessions

We also offer private boxing one-to-one sessions seven days a week. These personalised sessions are tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s improving fitness, learning boxing skills, losing weight, or building confidence.

Just like our fitness classes, all one-to-one sessions are completely non-contact and suitable for beginners through to experienced participants.
