For members who want to take their boxing further, with sparring available by invitation.

A welcoming environment for women who want to get fit, learn boxing and have fun without getting hit.
Teen Boxing & Fitness
Helping young people build fitness, confidence, discipline and boxing skills.
Amateur Boxing
For those who want to take the next step and compete, with our amateur team continuing to build and develop.
