Ladies Only Fitness Classes – Designed for You!

As part of the new timetable, we’re proud to offer dedicated ladies-only fitness classes – perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up. The Ladies only boxing classes at Apollos Boxing in Bolton will teach you some boxing skills whilst helping to tone and shape your body!

Boxing Pads and Fitness

A fun and high-energy class combining pad work with strength and conditioning. Build your confidence, technique, and fitness in a supportive, women-only environment. The boxing classes will be both daytime and in the evening!

Friday Fitness Boxing


Kickstart your weekend the right way! This dynamic session mixes boxing drills with cardio to give you a full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling strong and empowered. Our boxing classes on Friday’s will be designed to get some extra calories burnt ready for the weekend!
