Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
2. Early Bird Boxing Classes

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
3. Weekend Boxing Classes

Class times:
– Saturday: 10:00 AM Teen Boxing Class – 11:00 AM Boxing Fundamentals – 12 PM to 1.30 PM Advanced Boxing and sparring class.
– Sunday: one to one boxing lessons available on request
