Our experienced boxing coaches guided the first ever ladies only boxing class through the session ensuring technique was perfect and they were motivated throughout the hour!
Each ladies only boxing session is based on using boxing as a fun and enjoyable way to get you fit and in the shape you desire.
Apollo’s Boxing is based in Farnworth, Bolton and is local to the Walkden, Great Lever and Little Lever areas and we are lucky to have members travel from as far away as Manchester, Irlam and preston!
