Ladies only boxing classes coming to Apollo’s Boxing in Farnworth, Bolton local to the Walkden, Great Lever, Little Lever areas, Apollo’s Boxing will be adding a ladies only class to it’s growing timetable!
We have had a lot of enquiries about our ladies only class and we are proud to announce we are going to start our very first Apollo’s Boxing ladies classes!
Our gym in Farnworth, Bolton has been established for just three years but we have already helped our members not just get fit but also get their weight to their desired goals and without having a ladies only class we have always coached ladies in our boxing one to ones and our boxing fundamentals class!
The ladies only class with consist of some boxing techniques and some partner work where we will explain the basics and fundamentals of boxing, the main purpose of this ladies boxing class is going to be using boxing as a way of using boxing to get fit and in the shape you desire!
Our gym is based in Farnworth, Bolton which is ideal for anyone in this area but we are also local to Great Lever, Little Lever and Walkden. We have members travelling from all over the Bolton area however as far as Bromley cross, Halliwell and Harwood.
