Saturday Class Schedule:

9:00 AM – Ladies Only Boxing
Empowering, high-energy, and beginner-friendly! This women-only session focuses on boxing technique, cardio, and strength — all in a fun, supportive space. No experience needed — just bring your gloves and your game face! In this class you can burn upto 500 calories per hour and we have already had some great success with our ladies weight loss and toning up!

10:00 AM – Teen Boxing
At Apollos Boxing in Bolton our teen boxing class is a structured, engaging session for teens to learn discipline, build fitness, and develop boxing skills. Great for confidence, focus, and overall health.

11:00 AM – Boxing Fundamentals & Fitness
Open to all levels. This class blends core boxing techniques with a full-body fitness workout. Perfect for beginners and intermediates looking to improve skill and conditioning.
