This free one to one benefits both the person training because they will receive a free one to one and it’s also helps out our trainee boxing coach because he gains experience and can practise his boxing coaching.
Our new trainee has already been helping out in our boxing classes and boxing one to ones and has also coached our more experienced boxing coaches to gain some experience and is now ready to go live and coach some one to ones!
The one to one is completely free and is just thirty minutes long, in the boxing one to one you will be working exactly the same boxing techniques as in the one to ones and boxing classes with our other Apollo’s Boxing coaches!
