Daniel Naylor Storms into Final of Senior National Amateur Championships
Daniel Naylor has secured his place in the final of the Senior National Amateur Championships after an impressive win in the semi-finals this weekend.
This is only the North West stage of the national amateur championships but if he wins this weekend he will then be five times north west champion and then will go on to compete against the countries other regional champions.
In what is already a remarkable debut year, this is Daniel’s first season as a senior in the amateur’s, and he has taken on the challenge of competing two weight divisions higher than before. His performance in the tournament has been nothing short of outstanding, showcasing skill, composure, and power well beyond his experience at this level.
Before stepping into the boxing ring, Daniel was a former point-scoring kickboxing champion, known for his sharp timing – excellent footwork and tactical discipline — qualities that have clearly carried over into his boxing.
With one fight left to go, Daniel now turns his focus to the national final, where he’ll look to crown his breakthrough season with a championship title.
