Saturday Class Schedule:
✅ 9:00 AM – Boxing Pads & Fitness Class
A high-intensity session focusing on boxing pad work, strength, and conditioning. Perfect for those wanting to build fitness, improve coordination, and develop boxing skills in a fun and challenging environment.

✅ 10:00 AM – Teen Boxing
A structured session designed for teenagers looking to develop their boxing skills, boost confidence, and improve fitness in a safe and supportive setting. Great for beginners and experienced young boxers alike!

✅ 11:00 AM – Adult Boxing Fundamentals
New to boxing? This class is the perfect introduction! Learn the basics of footwork, punching techniques, and defensive moves in a welcoming and beginner-friendly session.

All our classes are included in our membership cost and with such a big growing timetable we have boxing classes and boxing one to ones available to everyone!
