Apollos Boxing in Bolton is hosting its second amateur boxing contest this Friday as part of the Jennings ABC amateur boxing show. In our first ever amateur boxing bout, our boxer won by referee’s stoppage in the third round, and we are hoping for a similar result this Friday.
We have been coaching amateur boxers in Bolton for years, and recently became affiliated with England Boxing. We aim to have our own amateur boxing team participate in local boxing shows every week and also in box cups across the country, with the ultimate goal of competing in the national championships.
At Apollos Boxing, we offer a range of training sessions throughout the week, including early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend sessions, so there’s something to suit everyone’s schedule. We also provide a free first lesson for anyone interested in trying out boxing.
We are excited to continue our amateur boxing journey and build on our success. With one of our boxing coaches having coached at all levels of amateur boxing, we are confident in our ability to develop skilled and successful amateur boxers.
