NEW CLASSES ADDED TO THE TIMETABLE
We’re also proud to announce that we’ve welcomed a new fully qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to the Apollos team!
With this exciting addition, we’ll be introducing new strength and conditioning classes to our timetable. These sessions will be designed to:
- Improve athletic performance
- Increase strength & power
- Enhance endurance
- Support injury prevention
- Complement boxing training perfectly
This is a huge step forward for the gym and a fantastic opportunity for members to take their training to the next level.

Boxing classes to be added are – Kids Boxing (6YRS to 10YRS) – extra ladies only boxing classes – beginner boxing boot camps!
